I spilled water on my laptop over Winter Break... stopped working for 2 hours before it dried out. Then it started working again thank goodness.

Wow I would be so pissed if that happened to me..
Turns out my mouse is just fine, somehow I got really lucky.
Last time I spilled water it went into the top vent of my computer, through the fan. Nothing fried out, I just hit the power switch instantly and wiped up the water, apparently it only got on the bottom of the case.
And the time before that only on my keyboard which fried out.

I turned mine upside down and then used a hairdryer on low to make it evaporate faster. It seemed to work luckily... And you got lucky it didn't fry anything. Geez.

That's not a helpful hint
Anyone ever wonder what the person that made up the Easter Bunny was smoking? Because if you think about it a bunny that lays eggs, sounds retarded right ?

So yeah, I kinda decided against getting the 4 door pickup truck. I still have a couple months to think about it, but I'm now leaning towards an HHR due to the gas milage. I'll test drive the vehicles sometime but yeah. Still gotta wait til I work a couple months before I look into anything.

Actually, if you're really curious, it comes from a Pagan holiday celebrating Athena. Her symbol was a hare (rabbit) and the egg thing was a fertility ritual Many Christian holidays sorta borrowed symbolism from the pre existing festivals (Christmas trees good example, druidic faiths, they'd bring fresh trees in their home on the Solstice)
OK I'll shut up now.

Hooray for religious chatter. Anywhoooo... new car huh Slayer? Ya now in days with gas prices so ridiculously high you have to look at mpg... that is why everything is boasting about that crap on their commercials. More mpg, made like crap. Cars today seem to always break down. Sad really...

A lot of those EPA ratings are very optimistic. The standards they use to judge gas mileage are based on driving habits from about 20 years ago. Something to consider.
I'd check Consumer Reports as they tend to have more realistic results.

Ya Trucks don't get very good gas mileage, which is too bad because that is what I plan on getting. But by the time I do I might have to scratch that and just get a car because gas may be at 5 a gallon. oO

TBH anything I get will be an improvement over what I drive now. =P
Also consumer reports would be good if I didnt have to pay for the use of the site.
Non profit my ass.

Ha, I understand that. I used to get about 16 mpg. Now I get about 22-24 which is a little better. But it's a diesel, so I end up paying about the same amount. Of course, I bought it before diesel prices went through the roof.
Go figure.
I just go to the library for the Consumer Reports. I hate the website and won't pay for it either.

Move here then Malice. With the current exchange rate you could live like a king.
But yeah, euro gas prices have always been terrible. Doesn't England have the cheapest gas before taxes and the most expensive after taxes? That's how it was last time I was over there anyway.
Also agreed with Slayer. If I don't piss and moan I'm not a real american.
